2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship our products directly from our local warehouses in the United States and Europe.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days (for domestic shipments within the US and EU).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier peak seasons or force majeure.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For domestic shipments within the United States and Europe, all applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Since your order is shipped directly from our local domestic warehouses, no additional customs duties or import tariffs will be charged upon delivery.
5. Damages & Issues

If you received your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our support team immediately at support@frewico.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
