Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship our products directly from our local warehouses in the United States and Europe.

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days (for domestic shipments within the US and EU).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier peak seasons or force majeure.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For domestic shipments within the United States and Europe, all applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Since your order is shipped directly from our local domestic warehouses, no additional customs duties or import tariffs will be charged upon delivery.

5. Damages & Issues

  • If you received your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our support team immediately at support@frewico.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
