As the original manufacturer, we provide a 3-year technical support commitment starting from the date of purchase.

Fulfillment: Orders within the US are typically fulfilled via Amazon FBA, while international orders are shipped from our Shenzhen facility.

Taxes and Duties: For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply in their destination country.

Frewico and Vipada are registered trademarks. All content on this website, including product designs (Window Cleaners, Bluetooth Speakers, etc.), images, and blog articles, is the intellectual property of Frewico and may not be used without written permission.

7. PAYMENT METHODS
We currently support PayPal for secure transactions. For bulk B2B orders, please contact us for bank transfer details to our HSBC Hong Kong account under VIPADA INDUSTRIAL LIMITED.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong or China (depending on the transaction entity).
