Refund and Return Policy

At Frewico, we stand behind the quality of our smart home products. Since we are the original manufacturers, we are committed to providing you with the best technical support and service.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at service@frewico.com.

  • Return Shipping: For non-quality related returns (e.g., you changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.

  • Warehouse Locations: Depending on your location, we will provide instructions to ship the item back to our US (FBA/Third-party) or Shenzhen warehouse.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Technical Issues (Special for W5600X)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we provide 3 years of professional technical support:

  • If your device (like the window cleaner) is not spraying water or won't start, please contact our engineering team first.

  • Most issues can be resolved via remote guidance without the need for a physical return.

  • If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as used cleaning pads (microfiber cloths) for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective in their original packaging.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
