Refund and Return Policy
At Frewico, we stand behind the quality of our smart home products. As the original manufacturer, we are committed to providing you with the highest standard of technical support and customer service.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at service@frewico.com.
Return Shipping: For non-quality related returns (e.g., if you changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated fulfillment center.
Return Address: Depending on your location, we will provide specific instructions and the closest return address (such as our local third-party or fulfillment center) for your convenience.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Technical Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we provide 3 years of professional technical support for our smart hardware:
- If your device experiences initial operational issues (such as spray adjustment or start-up queries), please contact our technical support team first at service@frewico.com.
- Most minor operational issues can be resolved via remote guidance without the need for a physical return.
- If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
4. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as used cleaning pads or microfiber cloths for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective in their original packaging.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., your credit card or the secure payment gateway used during checkout) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
