How often should I wash the pads?

Inspect them after each cleaning session and during use if they start spreading residue. Wash a dirty pad by its approved care method. Check the cleaning face and attachment area before fitting it again.

Replace a pad if embedded grit remains after washing, the fabric is damaged, or the pad no longer sits flat and holds as designed. A calendar interval cannot account for differences in dirt, use and pad condition. Do not invent a machine-wash setting or detergent choice when the pad instructions do not specify one.

Should I leave water in the tanks?

The W5600X manual instructs you to pour water out of the reservoirs before storage. Follow its draining method and keep spills away from the controls, underside and power connections. Secure the reservoir plugs as instructed before the next use.

Do not apply W5600X tank-care instructions to another model without checking that model's manual.

Does weak spray mean the nozzle needs a needle?

No. Check the water level and spray setting before treating an outlet as blocked. Inspect the visible opening with the robot off the glass and disconnected from power. Do not push a needle into the outlet or open the atomizer unless the exact manual supplies that procedure.

Use the water type permitted by the W5600X instructions. Do not add vinegar, descaler or another treatment based on advice for a different appliance. Contact support if the approved checks do not resolve the problem.

Can I rinse the robot under a tap?

Do not immerse the machine or spray liquid onto it or its base. Follow the approved exterior-cleaning method and keep liquid away from electrical areas. A removable cleaning cloth's washing instructions do not apply to the robot body.

What damage means I should stop using it?
